Our planned, covenanted community of 72 townhome condominiums is located in the foothills of Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs, Colorado, just a short distance from the 545 acre Bear Creek Regional Park. The neighborhood is a mixture of active women and men, young families and retired people. We take pride in our shared diverse interests, common ground, beautiful landscape, gatherings and meetings. As fellow homeowners, we share the same motivation to ensure that our investment in our homes is looked after while protecting and preserving the rights of all in our neighborhood.
